3月20～22日(水-金)にスペインのBilbaoで開催されるWindEurope2024大会に合わせて、地元のバスク州政府とバスク貿易投資事務所(BT＆I)、バスクエネルギークラスター、バスク海洋フォーラム（Basque Maritime Forum）が色々なサイドイベントを開催するので紹介します。
