Central Scenarioは、2030年に累積で323GW（陸上253GW、洋上70GW）でEUの電力需要の30％を供給する。この目標値は2016年末累計160GWの約2倍です。
これにより欧州の風力産業は、2030年までに2390億ユーロ（32兆円）の投資と56.9万人の雇用を生みます。
