タイ内陸のKorat Wind Farm（Siemens SWT-2.3MW×90台＝200MW、ハブ高180ｍ）向けの移動式のタワー工場（Mobile Factory）が出荷を開始しました。
ドイツの建設大手Max Bögl社がコンクリ鋼管ハイブリッドータワーの製造設備一式を現地サイトに輸出したものです。
タワーを現地で製造することで輸送問題を解決する、新しいコンセプトです。

【経緯】
① 低風況の東南アジアで風力発電するには、ウインドシアで風速を稼ぐ高高度タワーが必要。
② しかし長大タワー（コンクリと鋼管のハイブリッド式）は山間部の輸送が困難。
③ ならば、タワー工場自体を建設サイトの近傍に作ればよい。（Mobile Factory）
④ タワー製造設備をコンテナに分載してドイツからタイ河川港Huai Bongへ輸送。
⑤ 現地工場を開設、200人を雇用して、週3本ペースで出荷を開始。
