2018年9月25～30日にドイツのHamburgで風力発電の国際会議と展示会が開催されました。
国際会議はWindEuropeが主催、展示会はHamburg Messe主催で、前回2年前から併催になっています。

展示会は､出展1482社（40ヶ国）・来場者3.5万人（100ヶ国）。体育館9棟分･約8万m2です。
参考：東京のWindExpo2017は 出展1378社・来場者6.2万人（但し太陽光等も含む）。
日本からの出展は福島県のみ。
JWPAはHamburg MesseとLOIを締結しており、その割引を利用して約30人が参加しました。
展示場の外にはオランダLagerwey社の自己昇降式クレーンが実物展示されていました。

国際会議は、参加者は500人程度（内日本人は10数人）。
昨年のAmsterdamと同規模、2年前よりは小規模でした。
主なテーマは、IT技術活用による風車の信頼性と発電量の向上（Digitalization）でした。
ドローンやヘリコプター（エアバス社）の活用も多数提案されています。
JWPAは9月28日14時のOffshore wind：Outside Europe Sessionで日本の状況を発表しました。

　2030年に陸上風力は110万ﾕｰﾛ/MW(14.3万円/kW,30%減)、洋上風力は220万ﾕｰﾛ/MW(28.5万円/kW,23%減）へ。
