世界の風車メーカの再編の動き/ドイツ陸上風力市場の崩壊
ドイツは入札制移行の影響で陸上風力市場が前年比40%（2017年5334MW→18年2402MW）
にまで縮小。2019年は1-9月で510MWで、年間1GWを下回るのは確実です（上グラフ）。
新興市場（中南米、アジア、アフリカ等）でも風車価格が急速に低下して、
多くの風車メーカで経営環境が急速に悪化しています。

インドのSuzlon（昔のSenvionのオーナ）とドイツのSenvionは経営破綻しました。
世界の風力業界では、「2022年問題」：米国PTC完了と中国風力買取価格低下が起こる
2022年に世界的に市場が縮小するリスクが懸念されています。
例外は信頼性重視と寡占化で風車価格が維持されている洋上風力市場だけです。
こうした動向をうけて、風車メーカでは業界再編の動きが活発化しています。
1) SiemensGamesa(SGRE)が、独Senvionの欧州資産を2億ユーロで買収。目的はO&Mシェアの拡大。
また、SiemensはSGREの株式の67%までの買増しに成功
2) 印Suzlonは、債務整理を協議中。まとまればVestasが買収する見込み。
3) NordexAccionaは、西Acionaが独Nordex株式買収を表明。→不調に終わる（2020年2月）
4) 独Enercon が3000人、SGRE が600人のレイオフを発表。他メーカも合わせると約4万人が失職。
