The “Three-Year Mid-Term Plan was approved at the JWPAs regular board meeting held on March 25,2026.

Marking the 25th anniversary of the JWPA’s founding, this is the associations first-ever mid-term plan.
It analyzes the rapidly changing landscape of the wind power industry in Japan and conducts a self-assessment of the association itself. Grounded in our management philosophy of Mission, Vision, and Values, the plan outlines the objectives for division activities and department activities over the next three-year period from 2026 to 2028.

It also should be noted that these activity plans will be planned and implemented based on the following three basic policies:

  1. To address challenges and drive development in the wind power generation industry, we will proactively and swiftly make policy and technology proposal under a robust governance framework, thereby leading the industry forward.
  2.  To lead the way in building foundations for future-oriented human resource development and supply chain.
  3. To rebuild a resilient management structure and organization, and strengthen collaboration with domestic and international institutions and organizations.
