JWPA celebrates Global Wind Day in 2016

The JWPA has joined Wind Day events since 2008.
We hold abut 30 events in 2016.
The accumulated number of events since 2008 in Japan has exceeds 100 this year.
And JWPA mission members join the Wind Day event at Rotterdam in Netherland this year.
