JWPA’s Emergency Proposal for Wind Power Mass Introduction

JWPA’s Emergency Proposal for Wind Power Mass Introduction

Japanese government has unveiled the future energy mix plan as of 2030. The plan assigns only 1.7% electricity share, which means approximately 10GW in capacity, for wind power in 2030.
JWPA believes Wind Power needs to have more important role in the future Japanese electricity supply strategies. In fact, JWPA’s Wind Power Roadmap had offered 36.2GW in 2030, but we have to mention that the perspective by the government this time is much less evaluated. Hence, we herewith express Emergency Proposal for Wind Power Mass Introduction in Japan. (Refer to the following PDF.)
