They will get ready for construction within 5-7 years.<br \/>\n13.98 GW of them are offshore wind projects.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAnd, 7.178 GW of projects got FIT approval by June 2019.<br \/>\n277 MW of them are offshore wind projects.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAs for offshore wind,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe cumulative installed offshore capacity at the end of December, 2019;<br \/>\n65.6 MW, 29 units, 7 sites ,including semi-offshore<br \/>\n21,4 MW, 6 units, 4 sites, excluding semi-offshore<br \/>\n19 MW, 5 units, 3 sites, floating offshore<br \/>\nNet new installation for 2019 (January-December)<br \/>\n1 MW, 0 units, 0 sites<br \/>\nOne 3MW floating turbine supported by NEDO at Kitakyushu, Fukuoka pref. started operation in May 2019.<br \/>\nOne 2MW fixed bottom turbine at Kitakyushu was decommissioned in Oct. 2019.<br \/>\n<br \/>\no new offshore wind turbines start operation in Japan 2018.<br \/>\nis under commissioning 15 km offshore at Kitakyushu, Fukuoka pref.<br \/>\nIt will start official operation early in 2019.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n11 candidate sea area are selected by METTI&MLIT in July 2019, according to new offshore promoting law.<br \/>\n4 of them are nominated as \"priority sea area\".<br \/>\nAnd, Goto in Nagasaki pref. was officially selected as the 1st promoting sea are in Dec.2019.","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","information_cat":[79],"class_list":["post-6113","information","type-information","status-publish","hentry","information_cat-jwpa-news","en-US"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/jwpa.jp\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/information\/6113","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/jwpa.jp\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/information"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/jwpa.jp\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/information"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/jwpa.jp\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=6113"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"information_cat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/jwpa.jp\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/information_cat?post=6113"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
